1-You are entitled to a full refund if the course/product content does not match the description listed on the course/product page.

2-You are highly encouraged to read the course description and watch the free preview lessons/samples before purchasing a course to make sure that the content satisfies your needs.

3-You are entitled to a full refund for a period of 48 hours from the time you purchased the course/product.

4-Due to the nature of the website content (video courses) a refund will not be issued if the course participant has completed more than 15% of the course. However, in the case of point No.1 above you will still be entitled to a refund even if you completed more than 15% of the course.
